- A mock up along with accurate pricing will be provided in 24-36 hours.

General Information about the Neon Signs

Standard signs do not come with an on/off switch. All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with plug for each shipping country) and it comes with a 12V transformer.

You are able to add on a remote & dimmer for an additional $25.

The neon light is comes in one standard colour unless you’ve chosen to have a RGB option which allows for you to choose the colour via a remote. This is an additional charge of $75.

Lifespan of Neon sign

The lifetime of LED light lasts minimum of 50,000 hours. That is equivalent to 10 years if you turn on neon sign for 10 hours per day. This is about 3 times longer lifespan than traditional gas neon signs.

Production

Production typically takes 5-7 business days to complete depending on the amount of orders we have in the works.

Quality Control

Every sign is tested for 1 - 2 business days to ensure that there is no faulty or malfunctioning light.

Shipping

Once an order has been tested for quality, it will be shipped out via UPS and set to arrive in 5-7 business days.

Import Fees/Duties

Our Neon Signs are made out of two of our facilities, therefore it may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes when delivery takes place.

This is standard procedure for any item bought online and is entirely out of our hands - many orders won't be subject to import fees, but for those that are, please be aware that these fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.

Pick Up

Pick up is available in some cases but needs to be arranged prior to placing an order.

Returns

All our pieces are handmade and made to your specific size & design requests, meaning each one is as unique as you!

Therefore, we do not accept returns and all customized signs are FINAL SALE.

We can only accept exchanges on faulty items, and do not accept returns due to change of mind unfortunately, as all pieces are one off made to order. If a series of methods have been tested to ensure this was ONLY a faulty wiring issue and all other solutions were attempted, a replacement part will be provided.

All sales are final once placed on site.

Damage in Shipping

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.. In the very unlikely case of your piece arriving broken or faulty please report the damage within 48 hours via email to SimplyHarmonyxo@gmail.com

We will need photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the box the damaged item was shipped in. Once we’ve filed a claim with the shipping company, we will deliver a replacement free of charge.

IMPORTANT: Please keep original shipping containers and packaging your item was received in, as they are needed for inspection.

Warranty

We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage during usage.
